Particular loft in Barcelona

This particular loft is situated in Poble Nou, a traditional district in Barcelona. Both the layout of the rooms and the interior décor by the Spanish architects YLAB. There was the desire of the young owner to finally have a home that is modern and appropriate to give great parties.

Interior layout

Because of the unusual space, which is very narrow but very deep, it was necessary to the internal walls to divide properly, and still enough daylight to get spread all over the apartment of over 100m2. The new layout includes a large translucent and spacious common room, running from wall to wall. Central is a semi-closed box placed where the bedroom and bathroom are located.
